Even in Bad Times the Oil Companies are Making Insane Amounts of Money!

Three major oil companies have posted their third quarter results and the numbers are staggering. First off Exxon mobile the world’s largest company posted profits of 14.8 Billion dollars. That’s 14.8 Billion with a B and this is profit not gross revenue and this is 1 quarter of a calendar year. That’s 14 thousand 800 millions, I always find it amazing when you break any large number down like this.
